PART 1 | "Costal Countryside" initial concept for dining living combo.

Costal & Californian, reminiscent of college days at Cal Poly 

long road trips up and down the coast, and our current hometown,

Sacramento, CA!

Feel the breeze as you pass the rural landscapes and skyscapes.

The French Kitchen Island {8} adds a romantic getaway feeling,
while the photographic memoirs of the West Coast add a feeling of
the sublime!

A true Tropical Getaway to the island of you choice!

In this case...Hawaii!

{although the pictures are from SoCal,
I had Hawaii in mind when I designed the board}

I designed the first board in cream, then wanted to add some

pizzaz, so I changed the wall color from cream to teal!!

I love how something as simple as a fresh coat of paint and a

new color can change the whole feeling of the room!

My favorite feature in this board is the Climbing Vine

Glass Mosaic {2} - it is pricey so using it sparingly as an

accent can make it afforable.  Try using it for an accent on

one of the shower walls or frame it as an art piece of it's own!

BEST GUY BATHROOM!  

I can't look at this room without the 007 Theme Song 

playing in the background - and I LOVE it!

The Mission:  Italy.

The two items that were the inspiration for this room are

the Italian Gondola Fine Art {9} AND the Faux Gun Wall Sconces {10}.

The Great Outdoors - Living Room (Parent's Re-Design)

Natural & Neutral, "The Great Outdoors" - My parents are re-designing their front room area, my mom had many requirements to meet and has a very particular taste.  We looked at a lot of ideas, and themes and finally settled on a natural and outdoorsy look - I couldn't be more happy with how it turned out and my mom thinks so too!

I used some of the Art from the "Robin Hood Office", and added a few more as well!  A very soft palette with fun accent colors in beige and teal - this room will be a wonderful place to relax.

Cinderella Ball - Bedroom/Sewing Room

Buttons, thread, ribbons, and dreams come true!  Lovely in light blue
and endless fun for young people.  The Dove Chandelier was my inspiration
 for this piece - as soon as I saw it, I knew a Cinderella Style Board was in-store.

This room was made for pre-teen to teenagers, but who says older ages can't
dream too, right?  It also is a sudo sewing room!  For even more versatility,
this design would also make an adorable baby room!!
Replace the bed with a crib and you're good to go.

Just be sure to be in bed before the stroke of midnight!
